Во Владивостоке появится самый крупный девелоперский проект ДФО
В конце 2023 года в районе Нейбута начнется строительство трех 30-этажных домов — они станут началом целого микрорайона под названием «Мегаполис». Проект реализует компания Eskadra Construction (ГК «Эскадра»), а финансирование — около 30 млрд рублей — обеспечивает Дом.РФ.
Согласно концепции, «Мегаполис» — это город в городе. Микрорайон «15 минут», где до любой необходимой точки можно дойти пешком. Строительство развернется на участке площадью 152 671 кв. м.
Предполагается, что этот микрорайон станет самым крупным девелоперским проектом на Дальнем Востоке: 23 многоэтажных дома (от 12 до 30 этажей), парки, скверы, кафе, рестораны, школы, детские сады и бизнес-центры.
До начала самой стройки компани. еще ждет проектирование и получение разрешения на строительство. Поэтому начать строить «Эскадра» планирует как раз к концу этого года, а к началу 2024 — открыть продажи.
